How to play Ezreal ADC?

I want to learn Ezreal. After playing one game with him (not knowing what the hell I was doing) I ended up going like 8/8/10 with not very good CS (work in progress) and he feels super smooth and kinda exactly what I want in an ADC. I hear he's pretty busted on Korea servers rn and maybe I could use this to my advantage.

I have a general idea of which items to buy (the Muramana from that Tear item. I then got Iceborn Gauntlet and B.O.R.K. along with Ionian boots before the game ended) and I have an idea of what his abilities are and how they work, but I want to know some combos with him.

SOOO... basically what I'm asking is what item order should I buy and how do I use his combos for good poking in lane? Or should I only focus CS and not even worry about kills early game? Basically give me everything on Ezreal.

BEFORE you say "Just watch YouTube videos" I will watch videos from the 'tube but I like asking the community on the boards because you guys are more aware of the current meta and new items/runes than maybe a 2 month old YouTube video.
