Its been at least 12 hours since the new runes were released and I just want to see everyones opinion on them. Which ones are op? which ones are bad? Let me here it.

Kleptomancy STICKY FINGERS After using an ability, your next attack on a champion grants bonus gold. There's a chance you'll also gain a consumable.

This auto applies on abilities that apply on-hit affects. Like Parley and Ezreal's q and MF's double up.

Or literally all of Sona's things. If it's kept intact come the start of the next season, we could see her at 100% p/b due to how broken it is on her.

Ezreal Gangplank MissFortune Are probably the only one's that it is really broken on. Only because they can apply it with the ability cast instead of needing a follow up auto attack. MF can actually apply it on either hit of her Double up.(tested on target dummies).

real problem with ezreal is in lane if the Q hits a minion the kleptomancy proc gets eaten so you pretty much ahve to run out of th eminion wave to land Q or either W then AA the laner.

Kleptomancy,just think about how much faster you can get to full build with some effort from farming and you sometimes get 150 gold which is a very big deal and thats almost as much as the old dragon gave. This basically cuts down the amount of CS you need for a full build now.
