It's 2015, where are the Kennen updates?

There still haven't been changes to fix the problems that stem from him being an old champion who doesn't fit into the current state of the game, particularly where mobility creep is involved.

p.s. his Surge interaction with enemy champions in Maelstrom still isn't reliable. Not that it matters, because mobility creep.
