I want an explanation....
Ok I get some champions needs nerfs. I can look past the whole armor item nerfs.
But then why is THIS happening?!
Shen Vorpal Blade (Q) heal lowered to 3/6/9/12/15 from 6/10/14/18/22

He's been seeing a lot of play.
When he goes support, he can offer really good sustain to his adc
He is getting nerfs because his ult is way too powerful. Having a Shen on enemy team means that you can't fight enemy laner, because he will come and you will lose. Shen wins all lanes, that's too much power to have on one champion.
