Why does Quinn feel so unreliable?

Her ult has high cooldowns, nearly everything scales off bonus AD. She can't switch forms, and you have to wait to use Valor, which honestly kind of ruins her range.

I think she needs some updating.

Quinn only needs 2 things to be honest.

1: Fixed auto attack animation. ESPECIALLY PASSIVE PROC'ED ONES

2: Better priority on passive. Stupid Valor... Mark the AD carry who is low on health... Not the full hp Mundo!

Yeah. It should prioritize champions with low health to be honest. Not only that, but she feels more of a poke champion. Her abilities are on cooldown when you switch forms. Idk it's just really weird.

Maybe have Quinn sniping enemies from a distance when she leaves? Auotmatically dealing the passive damage instead of having to proc the mark.
