Nasus needs buffs, but maybe the R change is a little overkill

Just changing E from 40 flat pen to 35% at max rank was probably enough. Between either zhonyas, tabi, or GA, most squishies end up with a wee bit over 100 armor late game, and so 35% will keep him just as good against squishies while making him WAAAAYYYYY better against tanks and bruisers.

Adding 50% base cd reduction on Q in ult is probably crazy.

I'd rather he just have all the resistances frontloaded on ult activation, which is still a good buff, but not as crazy as the Q change during ult currently planned.

If that still isn't enough, you could probably try for some sort of interaction between wither and spirit fire. Something like, while enemy is in spirit fire, wither's AS cripple is made 5/10/15/20/25% more effective based on wither's level (wither never maxed first, so lane phase should still be very weak. Also, it's made more effective, not adding %, so max level wither inside spirit fire would be 50% times 1.25 = 62.5% cripple conversion, not 75% cripple conversion), goes away immediately upon leaving spirit fire AoE.

Just some thoughts because I don't want nasus to be overbuffed, and I think current plans for him are an overbuff

TL;DR the spirit fire change is a gigantic buff, so everything on top of it should be tame, and the current Q during ult change is another gigantic buff instead of something small.

Let nasus be strong, its been quite a while. All these high mobility champs could use some competition.

Oh Look here! A nasus! what will i ever do? Hehe locks in champion with no CC and gives him stacks OH NO! HE'S ACTUALLY VIABLE IN A SITUATION NOW RUNNNNN!!!!! :v (In a serious note, Why can't a champion be viable in a situation where they are supposed to be?)

Nasus can use all the buffs he can get.

And these E changes, while a buff against tanky champs in the later game, are going to decrease his damage against squishy champs and even tanky champs early on in the game.

These R changes, while I think they're in the wrong place, are unlikely to break Nasus. They're not buffing him like they did Cho.

i made this suggestion when cotc came out... ever notice that riot is actually sexist? lulu and shy both have knockups on their ult, but nasus and ren do not. i think their ult should do a small knockback if you're in the immediate proximity. like auto attack range.

Nasus is fine, Garen was fine and Cho was fine.

Stop buffing champs you want to see in the Lcs that have no chance of ever making it there.

I'd prefer way much a small but permanent buff (passive heals pre-resists, for example), rather than a buff that overloads his R with stats, and now dps.

if it's too strong then gate it by ult rank

either 0/25/50 so that he keeps the late game power but his early is kept in check, or somethin' low on the first rank

My Nasus supports' early game nerfed, that flat armor shred with a MF was OP. Ult change not so great. Big buff to stack/sheen Nasus.

"Nasus always gets sheen" yea but Quasus doesnt always rush it very early.
