Why don't champion icons use splash art from skins?
Or maybe they do? I'm looking at LCS Vods and they don't seem to. Why don't they? It'd be a good idea if they did.

Well, that's the most obvious and understandable concern. I assume some people would think that a skin is an entirely different champion
