Is there a reason that Darius' Q still says 20/40/60/80/100?

Apparently the buffed values were hot-fixed on 8/26 to live but the tool-tip wasn't updated...That, or the update didn't happen at all. Can someone confirm? And I don't know where to put this as a topic. I wouldn't call it a bug.

They already said why. They hotfixed the actual numbers, but the tooltip wasn't touched with the hotfix as it might cause more complications. They always do this with the next patch.
