S6 minion block is a terrible nerf to Singed, please do something.

I haven't played Singed once in season6 until yesterday. As we all know, the minion block in season6 is next level compare to before. Here is the thing : if a Singed want to go through a minion wave in order to poison and farm all of them. Instead of going through this minion wave, he now has to walk around both sides of this minion wave, which provides his laning opponent** 2 times bigger attack window ** than before.

I know you won't have this problem with proxy, but not everybody knows how to play proxy Singed. We should be allowed to play Singed in a more casual way.
