Rakan needs buffs

Hes one of the best supports right now... Supports arent meant for damage..... If you were told a new champion who can dash 3 times shield mltiple champions have a mini malph ult in a basic ability as well as a heal and an ult that can potentially charm everyone... Youd think thats too really strong wouldnt you?...

He can jump over walls, he can knock-up enemies, he can taunt the entire team, he has a double-dash that shields a nearby teammate, he can heal himself and an ally, he shields himself just by sitting there...And he is able to roam super quick...

I honestly love this guy on my team and hate him on the enemy team.

I think Rakan was excellently balanced and is in a very good spot. I don't think he needs nerfs or buffs, really.
