Legitimate Question: Why is no one complaining about Sona?

I’m personally not going to complain about her, since I’m usually just standing aside and letting other people do it for me. However, unless I’m very much mistaken, she seems to fit all of the criteria to be complained about: She currently stands at the highest win rate (though I’ve heard that op.gg statistics have been going down in reliability due to Riot’s API changes), she is very easy to play (speaking from somewhat limited personal experience), and she built Ardent Censer (speaking in the past tense because I am unaware of how the nerfs have affected its viability on her). Overall, I don’t see how she hasn’t been complained about. Again, I’m not saying that I have something against her, but it just doesn’t make sense that nobody else did. Any answers are greatly appreciated.

She's fine is why no one is complaining about her

Why is she fine, though? She seems to meet the criteria to be complained about, but I could be totally wrong. What I’m asking is if I am right, why are the people who usually do the complaining keeping quiet?

**I mean the answer is pretty simple - the average player does not view her as unbalanced. **

She has great sustain and absolutely monstrous poke and some decent CC/Initiation... but this comes at some big costs - she is extremely fragile, lacks any kind of escape tool, and can't frontload shields/healing to keep someone alive through burst.

Sona is in a pretty healthy spot, all things considered. Her skill cap is fairly low and her kit feels a bit generic / uninspired at times from a design perspective, but thats not necessarily a bad thing.

Her image is in a good place and she's relatively popular.

The thing I’m not seeing people address in this post is her win rate. If she’s so “balanced”, then why is she at the top of the charts? Again, there may be something I’m overlooking here, and I don’t want to seem like I’m outright complaining about her. I’m just curious is all.

The question is: what makes her less cancerous than Janna or Lulu? I’m totally serious in asking that question; I don’t understand. Again, there may be something I’m missing, but that’s what I’m trying to find out.

No point and click hard CC. Janna's is even less than point in click. You dont even have to hover your mouse over them lol

I played Sona to get diamond this season. I think she is like the best enchanter now that Janna got nerfed, maybe after Soraka but item 3123

No one complains about Sona because she's easy to exploit in the laning phase if you didn't let yourself get counterpicked, at least in low elo. Sona starts off as squishy as a minion until around Level 4-5, and all of her damage is tied to her basic attack, meaning she's just as vulnerable to harass and engages as she's capable of making them.

Her heal and shield are also unbelievably garbage, and she has no pre-6 hard CC like Janna or Lulu for peeling in the case of ganks. Not to mention all of her aggressive utility (slow, damage reduction) is tied is also tied to her basic attack passive, so you have to be able to play her on the fringe to maximize her potential while not dying.

No reliable escapes. Super fragile. Her only hard CC is tied to her ult. Has to get into auto attack range to make the most of her burst. Crappy base values force her to build AP, or risk becoming irrelevant.
