Vladimir needs mana costs or else he's unkillable in the laning phase
Apparentally there's a "Vladimir nerf bandwagon" thing going around. I don't care. Do not just downvote this post because "omg another Vladimir post lemme downvote without reading."
So today I played against Vladimir in mid (as 
) and i can honestly say I've never seen a more ridiculous champion.
No matter how much you poke him, he can just heal it up for free every few seconds. I'm sick of it. Whenever his Blood Rush is up, he just runs over to you, deals like 1/3 of your health in damage, and heals most of it back. Please, stop. Nobody in the game should have free healing. At least 
with her bullsht heals in lane has to sacrifice for it.
He's unkillable and completely unfair to fight in lane. I don't know how anyone's ever dealt with him before, I really don't. I've honestly never fought against him before this, and he's disgusting.

You can't "burst down" a tank. He's just gonna return and get back to full in under 30 seconds.

You're right, he shouldn't do much damage if he's a tank. But he does. He just runs up to you with blood rush, uses a Q, and then walks away casually like nothing happened while you're now at like 1/2 health.

Honestly, his heals are so high grevious wounds doesn't mean sh*t. And if he can't heal then he has a 100-0 kit to kill you before you can do anything.

Well don't you worry because he has untargetability to safely make his way over to you. And while he's untargetable, his E can go off. Isn't that fun to play against?

I don't wanna see Vladimir again in lane unless he has some kind of nerf. If he has mana costs then at least he won't have FREE HEALING.

after that, if he has his 
completed don't bother poking him. Before he finishes it though, destroy him with relentless autoattacks (ori's passive) Q and W. If you're letting him heal up with his Q...it has such a long cooldown. Extended trades are in your favor. It's like fighting annie, you have obvious windows where you should run away. If his bar is almost full for his empowered Q..first of all you should almost never get hit with that.
