The world would be a better place. The only counterplay to fear is a 1200 gold item, and a 1600 (forgot the exact amount, but very expensive) QSS. Meanwhile untarget (Fiora ult, FIzz, etc) has no counterplay at all. Riot balance team at it's finest.
Centuros2 votesFear? Fears are countered by Tenacity/that one mastery/Irelia's Passive like most other CCs, and are quite bleh compared to stuns, since the target still moves away from you. I think you mean suppress? Which is only found in three single-target ultimate abilities, one of which deals no damage.

Cloud2731 votesThe game would be better if these CC's were skillshots, instead of point and click. You deserve to be charmed by Ahri if she hits you with it. There's no skill to fear or suppress someone. And nobody gives a **** about tenacity, because it's too expensive. It's not viable at all. Irelia is a whole different story, since she gets it in her kit.
