Come on, 54% win rate and 15% pick rate?

Why isn't this champ being nerfed? He becomes unbearable once he gets bork. I also never understood why he has stealth.

Pfft, because its perfectly fine for an adc to have stealth, but melee, nononono, no counterplay.

because twitch as it stands can be shut down really easily, and he is not nearly as much of a Problem as cait, lucian and draven are. so riot is paying attention to the top Dogs first. if twitch becomes just a bit more popular after those cait and luc nerfs then we can expect him to be the next one hit

He can be shut down in lane by using a lane bully which people have just whined enough to have two of the biggest ones nerfed. One of them just got gutted, in fact. People don't like Cait, so Riot nerfed her, but in reality, she's Twitch's hardest, biggest counter and now that she's out of the way, he's going to be rampant. :/ Furthermore, being easy to shut down is apparently not enough justification for a champion to not get a nerf. Apparently, despite Cait being very easy to shut down, she still required a nerf that removed her biggest damage option with Runaan's and made her AS and Attack Delay longer.

Twitch has been oppressive and awful since the start of the season. When Vayne was strong, so was Twitch and while Vayne got nerfed, Twitch was honestly left to dominate. He needs to be nerfed because even if he's doing shit in lane, he has better roaming capabilities than most other ADCs and can easily stealth and gank another lane to pick up a free kill. I've had this happen several times when I was up against twitch. I would be winning lane and then the Twitch would roam and because my laners are too stupid to respect that there is a Twitch, he'd get a free kill, maybe even two. Truth be told, he is not that easy to shut down. He stealths way too quickly(I remember it used to not activate at all if he was taking damage and it took a much longer period of time) and his ult range and stealth duration is long enough that he never has to be seen until he wants to ult and blow up your entire team with Runaan's. They nerfed Cait's synergy with Runaan's, removing it completely, but the left it on the likes of Twitch and Jinx and Kalista which seems ridiculously stupid.

well, we can argue as much as we want, in the end it is riot's decision to leave him unchecked and there has to be a reason why. i took a wild guess and assumed what i think is their reason, if people dont like what i say, so be it.
