Fiora has been needing some big nerfs ever since her rework.
And riot still refuses to even acknowledge she is op.

MasterSomething1 votesTrundle is really good as well. Speed boost to avoid ult, sustain to outlast hers, Q chunk, and a huge slow if she wastes her Parry. I got first blood on Fiora at level 1 once. I then got another kill. She rage quit.

But it also depends who your top laner is, if it's in blind pick, then NO, i don't think Teemo can withstand an assault from Fiora... but if it's Darius, maybe he can.
