That gives 50 armor and mr and the passive is that if a champion is dealing damage to you, you gain 5% movespeed for every damage, capping at 40% when moving towards that champion?
Idk, I can't think of an item to help immobile Bruisers solve their kiting issue and Riot sure as hell won't do the "Fighter Rework 2013"
Miku Lv991 votesProblem is, it would end up mostly be getting used in ways you didn't design it for. Amumu would use it to easily position to ult your whole team or that blitz would use it to easily outrun everyone and just get an easy grab that you can't escape. And the fact that the counterplay for it is to make sure you absolutely do not attack the blitz at all is not very good of counterplay IMO. A good idea in concept but in the end, I'm not sure if there's any non-broken way to implement it.
