When is Sion going to be nerfed?

This braindead cancerchamp needs nerf. His higest winrate skillorder is maxing E for damage and slow. This allows his arcane comet to hit every single time and for him to follow up with the rest of his combo and there is literally nothing you can do to outtrade him if you are a squishy immobile champion.

He has a great engage, insanely tanky, giant shield, decent damage and extremely hard to escape from (hard and soft cc). He feels like the new maokai. Insanely boring and frustrating to play against.
