So i stumbled upon this page and found this item.

Its so similar to what I had in mind in that thread.

"....On maw could grant more % chance to crit base damage as you get low this could make maw both good for caster ad champs and auto attack bruiser champs. UNIQUE: Grants +1 % chance to crit base damage for every 3.5% of missing health, capped at 20% chance...."

would be really cool to have this especially now that we no longer have atmas

i can only see it being abused by adcs or just not being used at all see also: youmuu's ghostblade, botrk, atma's impaler

hence the bruiser crit modifier idea. also if it was more like maw's current passive it wouldn't be as useful on Adcs since you'd only get the benefit if your low on hp.

They'd better be off getting item 3139 and avoid playing at risky health levels in the first place.
