Opinion: Adjust remake timers next season to make up for quicker minion spawning.

If minions are going to spawn at 35 seconds, you'll need to reduce the time needed for remakes by a minute to compensate. I already have a lot of people starting to enter lane at 1+ minutes.

What happens when Top jumps into lane two levels behind and loses all lane presence from that alone?
