Yasuo's ability to get back into the game is second to none

I'm a GP main. GP is literally all about stalling till your powerful and can make a big impact. GP is purposefully weak early to keep his late game power in check, ergo why he is balanced right now.

I played against a Yasuo the other day of whom I dominated in lane (he was 0/5 I think) and he still managed to get back into the game. He damn near almost won too. But it's honestly a bit mind boggling seeing as how I'm playing a champion MEANT to be strong late and the Yasuo just had to get a few picks here and there and was able to surmount a comeback. All jokes aside, I think a good focus point of balancing Yasuo and champions *cough Fiora coughlike him would be just to give them a clear window of weakness. The recent nerf to the amount of time he can hold his Q was a very good step in the right direction.

Getting back into a game can be hard, but its not Yasuo, I do it here on Skarner top after going 1/4/2 in lane vs Pantheon. He had double or better my cs at one point as well.

Farming and being opportunistic are how you get back into a game as ANY champion.

There are champs that have power spikes and times in the game when they're powerful. Vayne for instance is a late game nightmware. recent nerfs to Yasuo have targeted his early game as he had the best of both worlds - a strong early game he can snowball off and a late game he can come back into if behind. Easy farming too makes him really useful in low elo.

Have played has a few times though an can see his weaknesses though. If his shield were to be nerfed (resets on hit even if not full) I'd say he'd be more balanced in the early game in particular.

Yasuo early game is only "strong" if you choose to fight him lol 1 and 2. And even then, there are still champs stronger than he is.

Nerfing his early shield wouldn't be a bad way to go, as it's usually just popped by ranged autos anyway.

Another way would be to target his 2 item power spike, by having his crit damage penalty scale: -20/15/10% at levels 1/6/11

Something to remember is that Yasuo's late game damage is not as high as other crit users, most of which who are ranged. This is fine, of course, because he is allowed to be slightly more durable in his item choices, also fine since he is melee.

Yasuo, just like vayne is meant to be a lategame champ. When I play yasuo, early game I get camped by the enemy jungler, while my jungler is just doing his own thing without helping lol. I mean I don't like the whole "blame the jungler thing", but sometimes I get that feeling that the jungler won't help me because he doesn't like the fact that I'm playing yasuo.
