My Champion Pool Has Become Stale

I've found that the amount of champions I enjoy playing has decreased lately. I used to play Mundo/Gnar/Darius top, Amumu/Shyvana/Rengar jungle, Zed/Syndra/Annie/Morg mid, Vayne/Jinx/Jhin/Lucian/Twitch/Caitlyn, Blitz/Thresh/Braum/Morg support

I used to play a lot of champions in all the roles, but recently I've found that my champion pool has been reduced to almost completely Darius/Gnar top, Rek'sai/Zac (thanks LCS influence) jg, Zed/Annie mid, Vayne/Caitlyn adc, and I just don't play support much at all

Any ideas on new champions to try out to maybe expand my champion pool? I feel like I've just spammed my champion pool so much that I need to take a break and try new things

Lulu, Karma, Zyra, Veigar,Yorick, Cho'gath and Mordekaiser are pretty fun.

The biggest key is to find an off-meta pick you really have fun playing. For me it's Middlesticks, he has a lot of great matchups mid right now and most mids have no clue how to deal with him.

Try a champ you love in an off role. It really help break the monotony.

I have played a decent amount of Kennen top lane but usually our team is left without a tank if I don't pick a juggernaut/tank for top lane. He is a lot of fun though :3

Ya that's the trick...I duo with a jungler fairly often and while I usually play Gnar some games I just wanna play kennen but it really needs another tank to make it work.

If you get to the point where you can just one shot their ADC (which is reasonably doable about 15-20 minutes into the game) you can get away with no tanks but once their teams starts peeling you good luck.

as a shaco main, id love to play against you as reksai / zac in the jg

if you are basing your picks off LCS, then you are a fool flat out.

Their picks are based on 5 man team comps, not 1 champ being op or another being underpowered

play shit you enjoy, not what you see others playing just because you think its going to give you an advantage.

I never said I was playing LCS picks because I thought they were OP or gave me some edge...

If you want to question my motives, all you have to do is ask:

I'm playing a lot of Zac and Rek'Sai right now because of their mobility and early ganks (something I've always enjoyed, it's why I go early AP on Amumu). I think it's pretty easy to snowball lanes with these two and after seeing them become popular in the LCS (and the rek'sai "guttings") I was curious what they were like and why reksai was being gutted (because she isn't very popular outside of the lcs). I am well aware that these guys are team reliant but don't pretend like they don't have solo carry potential.

Also, I loveee the sound that Rek makes when you select her in champ select. So ya, I'm not playing these guys because I'm some meta slave that only plays champions I view as OP, I play champions that are unique and can snowball with their frequent mobility and heavy cc. That's just my type of playstyle rn
