I think I know why Riot is doing this with mana regen to AP mids

It's the only way to make anyone care about blue buff. This makes sense, and I support it. I doubt this will change anyone's mind who is violently against it, but they said they want people to actually care about red AND blue, and this WILL be effective in that way.

Blue buff last less than 2 minutes and spawn every 5 minutes.

Yes, but I still think that's what they are up to. Whether or not it is good is independent of their plan.

Not everyone can have blue buff. If this is where their going, then it's just gonna be a fight over who gets blue buff. And I don't think riot wants that.
