can we redistribute power in sejuani's kit?

makes no sense to me, riot says they don't like how much power is in her ult but now almost all her value is in her E. Q is worse, W is a 50/50, E is broken and R is just a skillshot version of E with a crappy slow attached. she's so ridiculously strong right now, and it's mostly because of how absurd her E and her passive are.

i would much rather E lose like half or more of its strength and have it put around the rest of her kit. especially back in her ult; i want something powerful that feels good to use well.
