How many times I have to remind my adc to buy this item to beat certain champions. How many times I have to get the reply "stfu you suck" and lose just for the sake of it. How namy times I have to say morrelonomicon is ineffective since I have to get the target to 40% HP first.

This item is awful. Since it can determine the outcome of a game. And It must be awful for the ones who are the recieving end of its power. This is nonsense.

He is right though, Excs as a item is busted, it single handly stops champions like Mundo, Swain, and Vlad among more. The item itself is busted because it's so easy to apply the GW where as on Thornmail and Morello a harder condition has to be meant.
