Should be punished the same way as griefing, an automatic 2 week ban even for the first offense.
The system has absolutely no integrity if people intend to ignore it.

my other account Reformedfindlay, we had a duo mid cuz support was an autofill and got mad that mid didnt want to swap.
Not sure why that matters given the OP. The point is that the system in place should be respected and those who troll from it should be punished severely.
