has been a top picked item for almost any ad champion. Why does an item which is meant to be used AS A COUNTER BUILD ITEM have armor pen on it. This is a go to item for any ad assassin and for this reason it turns a squishy assassin into someone hard to kill (if your ap). There is no way to counter it because its a shield and they get the benifit of having armor pen built it. Its pathetic that is a better item than which should be the go to assassin item. Meanwhile you have adcs building ghostblade because it is easier to buy that any of their items. this is broken balence if ive ever seen it in this game and the worst thing ive seen in league since season 2 as far as neglecting an item.
