Braum and the new Kog'maw will be atrocious to play against in the lategame

Get hit once by Braum and then Kog stuns you almost instantly with his AS of 5

And then you cry as he eats you for breakfast.

You aren't wrong, but you are just focusing on one champion. In regards to that one champion, remember that Kog is dealing 55% damage to those champions (so barely more damage than usual) and his % max health has been changed to scale rather than a large flat amount (which means this is lower). In addition, it now has a mana cost so it isn't quite as spammable. So even if this does happen to you in lane, as long as its early (pre bork) this isn't going to be that much more deadly than it is currently. Hell, it might be less early given that his W doesn't start with a base % scaling anymore. And it has less range at early levels to boot.

In comparison to most of the other champion reworks, I think opportunities to use a braum kogmaw lane in a manner that makes this super effective will be difficult. And in the late game? Kog is suppose to be super strong there, I doubt the braum passive is going to make a big difference of whether or not he is successful. Though his W does have some problems then to; since he "can't" move during his W (I think he can, but if he is then he isn't abusing it), champions like lux, ziggs, etc will have an easy time landing a full rotation on him. Trading top laner for adc in the late game is a good trade for the team losing the top laner. I guess what I'm saying is that decision making will change, but i don't see any major problems resulting from this, there are far deadlier duos out there.

Oh, I don't think it'll be OP in the slightest. Just really annoying. I'm also curious as to how Graves will interact with Braum's passive.
