Like, come on. That game basically just started. This picture doesn't say anything.

That's kind of my point, in a sense. Games are over before tanks can even afford to buy anything past their sightstone. Add on top of that lanebullies denying relic supports from being able to proc their item without losing 50% of their health because early game tank runes are complete dogshit.

Just had another game where I was able to at least build my second into , but 45 extra armor doesn't really do much against 100 extra AD.
