dude they literally JUST addressed this in the patch YESTERDAY. J4 got nerfed. read the patch notes.

Even before the patch, he can't survive mid game if he doesn't go tanky.

beside, I don't really think Jarvan is tanky without tank items

I've played assassin J4 before. He was pretty tanky for a champ that could hit 400 AD. (using the BT, Hydra, LW, cleaver, maw, zerkers build)

Played a game with a full AD Sion. Had almost 400 AD and had 2.9k hp and 80 resistances.
