Bard has too much counterplay in his kit

Let me start off by saying I think SOME counterplay is a good thing, but in Bard's case there is simply too much of it. You can screw him over with almost every aspect of his kit. Oh, you placed a few health shrines? I'll just destroy them. Hey Bard, thanks for saving me with your ult lol (which is also super easy to dodge btw). You think that portal will save you? We'll just chase you through it. Oh, and we can also see where your chimes are. So we'll just sit here and ambush you when you come, because you probably don't have this area warded yet.
