Will the Evelynn rework come out or the Freljordian vanguard?

I know Riot probably already told us, but I either can't remember or never came across the information. If you know where they said it, please provide a link so I can see it. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.[slayer-jinx-catface]

Eve comes out after worlds. The vanguard comes out before Eve and will probably be disabled for worlds.

Just based off memory sorry. I know Meddler said it, but I don't have the free time to scour the forums for it.

Do you remember how people complained about how lame and underpowered Zac was after the Tank update?
