When top lane has to deal with them?

Vayne was broken for ages, but that was just adcs complaining. Then she went top and suddenly it was a problem.

Karma was an issue in support for ages. But supports were told to stop crying. Then she went top and suddenly it’s a problem.

Vlad was hard stomping mid for months. Then he started going top and all of the sudden he’s “so broken”.

I’m going to stop the last part and just give a list of champions that were only “problems” once top had to deal with then.

All these champions were problems before in their normal roles, but the people dealing with them were told to “shut up because riven exists in top lane” Yet as soon as they started showing up in top lane, THEN they are a problem. :/

And people say adcs are the crybabies of this game

Would you believe me, if I told you that botlane has/had champs, that were dominant(even after laning, unlike TK) for long time too?

have you actually played against him in the top lane before those nerfs or are you just talking?

because calling kench dominant during that time would be an understatement.

he had a 60% lane kill rate against almost every top laner. like he wasnt dominant or strong, but a broken champion.

he stomped every single matchup to the point where you had to play under turret for 15 minutes or you would die if you stepped out a little too far. if your jungler came to gank 5 minutes in, hed probably walk out of it with a double kill.

there are a couple of videos where he gets 3 man gangbanged early on while overextended in top lane, and walked out of it with a triple kill.

thats how strong he was in lane, and how useless afterwards to still only have 52% winrate.

kench was a special case. but top lane had a lot of these "special cases" in the past year. its not jsut your usual "these 2 or 3 champions are stronger than others" thats going on on bot lane for 99% of the time. its usually some major cheese pick who wins with a terribly toxic playstile, like tank karma or tank viktor when he was a thing.

Let me remind you that when lethality came out, that was the ONLY thing playable in adc. You played Lucien, Jhin or mf. That was it.

im pretty sure i complained a lot about vayne as a whole, and them some.

the whole premise of your argument is stupid. like you keep making these claims that people arent bothered with a lot of champions when they arent played in top lane, and in reality it sucks to play against these champions in general.

but its also some of the same champions played with entirely different builds and purposes top and bot.

no, i dont give a shit if karma is played in bot lane, because its usually just regular support karma that you can easily deal with on your ranged picks. but im going to complain about tank karma in the top lane, because its a whole different beast.

kench was always a problem people just didn't listen when any top laner said so before everyone had to face him. Victor too, klepto changes things. rengar not a problem for top lane, who said he was? that's adc's complaining about him. akali was a problem everywhere lol. tank ekko first showed up in the jungle he was that strong, that aside 5% max hp dmg on his w was broken. heimer not a problem. neeko not a problem. Pyke is everyone's problem cause his grey health is too good.

Karma had a sub 49% win rate up until the patch that they buffed her.

If you want to speak on oppressive supports, Lux (who conveniently counters Karma) was S+ tier for nearly half of the season and Riot took their sweet time to nerf her.

You're trying to claim that Karma support was oppressive so that it helps your case that Karma only was seen as oppressive because top laners had to deal with her.

Karma top only works in the way it does because Riot refuses to address ranged champions abusing Iceborn Gauntlet and Kleptomancy. You know why? Because their star boy Ezreal wouldn't be able to build either if they addressed it.

Pretty sure like none of these were issues in top or their intended lane.

Most of the time players refuse to adapt to change and demand rito change for them. Other times, rito just doesnt want to have to balance outside intended roles. (Pyke top was dogshit, but viable enough and fun enough to play. Riot didnt want to have to balance for that and support, as his kit as a support assassin cant be balanced for it, so they hard gutted him for it)

Tk top was garbage. Utter trash. He won almost every lane, but did nothing outside of it. He was annoying as shit to deal with, so he got adjusted for it, not because he was good.
