Team Builder role icons: Distribution and future plans

Prior to Team Builder's removal, the linked post had confirmed there were issues with the Team Builder Icons not being rewarded to players who had played the 5 games required to earn them.

Fortunately, the post also stated "[Riot] can still identify who’s earned the icons and plan on manually distributing all earned icons shortly after the Team Builder queue comes down. So grind out five games on each of the roles that you’d like the icon for before Team Builder comes down on 1/13."

I'd like to know what plans there are for the Team Builder Icon distribution, and when/if there is an opportunity to claim the earned-but-not-yet-rewarded icons. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, also! If this is the incorrect board to place this type of post, then I'd also like know. Currently, the boards are still fairly vague as to the correct location to post questions and threads of this nature. (I counted 3 boards this could fit in, potentially up to 5 depending on what type of thread this may be viewed)

I'm still trying to get a real response from Riot about when they will be manually distributing the Team Builder Icons. I've sent a ticket about this, but they aren't reading anything. It's all generic and outdated responses that ignore the actual issue occurring.

I have played 5 games per role in Team Builder before its removal.

Riot has stated there were bugs preventing them being rewarded, but that they would go in and manually distribute them to the players who have earned them.

I have received two responses, one talking about how they can't talk about upcoming and future content, the other about how the Team Builder icons will be retired like it hasn't happened yet.

I am trying to get a Rioter's response, but no one is even talking about Riot saying they would manually distribute the icons that have been earned.

I did exactly like the announcement has stated to do anyway, so why not follow through with your end of the deal?
