Morgana:

Passive: Torment: Hitting an enemy with a spell afflicts them with torment. Torment leaves a path of darkness on the ground where the enemy walks dealing magic damage to any enemies standing on it. Torment stacks up to 3 times, the third stack staring the enemy for 2 seconds.

Q: Soul Siphon: (10/9/8/7/6 cooldown) Morgana launches 5 tendrils from her in a line. The tendrils pass through enemies but 1 will stop at each enemy passed through. Enemy champions will be hit by all tendrils remaining. After they hit enemies they will return to Morgana healing her and nearby allies for a portion of damage dealt.

W: Curse of the Banished: Morgana marks an enemy champion or large monster with a curse for 4 seconds. 5/10/15/20/25% of damage dealt to Morgana is transfered to the enemy cursed. Morgana also heals for 20% of any damage dealt to cursed enemy.

E: Black Shield: Morgana places a 300 radius shield on the ground. The shield blocks ranged attacks up to a maximum of a damage threshold and gives a small shield to Allies inside it (10/20/30/40 50 or so for item 3504 purposes).

R: Soul Barrage: (30/20/10 cooldown) Passive: Large monsters, large minions and champions drop dark souls on death. Morgana can collect these dark souls which enable her ult.

Active: (30/20/10 cooldown) Morgana Channels Launching a barrage of dark energy dealing magic damage at nearby enemies prioritizing champions. Morgana uses dark souls to cast this ability and will stop when she runs out of dark souls or stops channeling.

Kayle: (Melee champion with 350 range)

Passive: Holy Fervor: Kayles Basic attacks burn enemies equal to (.15% AP + .10% TAD)+ 3% of their bonus magic resist and armor over 3 seconds. (Stacks up to 5 times) (No longer reduces resistances)

Q: Blinding Light: Kayle blasts enemies in a cone in front of her dealing magic damage, blinding and slowing them.

W: Divine Blessing: Kayle calls down the light leaving a patch of light on the ground. Allies standing in the light gain move and attack speed as well as heal every second they remain in it. Enemy champions standing in the light will absorb the light removing the patch of light but will take a large amount of magic damage from Kayles next basic attack.

E: Righteous Fury: Passive: When Kayle is dealt damage Kayle gains 2% damage reduction from that target and deals 2% more damage to that target. (no cap)

Active: Kayle dashes forward a small distance with her sword, Impaling the first enemy stuck (stunning them) for .5 seconds and dealing physical damage.

R: Resurrection: (180/150/120 cooldown) Kayle channels for 4 seconds to revive a fallen Ally. Any damage dealt to Kayle during this time will cancel the channeling. Kayle can also use this while dead to revive herself at the fountain.

You don't even play Kayle.

Kayle has one of the most toxic kits in the game. With her armor magic resist shred paired with her awkward use of her e and her broken ult. Her enitire kit needs a new identity.

Her armor and mr shred is very negligible.

Her E wouldn't make her kit toxic. It makes her unique, having low wave control for higher waveclear.

Her ult isn't broken. It's very basic.

Again, I don't think someone who never has played Kayle should give input on Kayle.

Pretty sure Kayle was reworked in Season 1 from having AD give AP and AP give AD to a magic shred passive.

Pretty sure in season 4 they reduced her Q AP ratio and buffed her W, E, and R.

Pretty drastic change from burst mage with some DPS to pure DPS champion.
