Twitch's hardly that viable right now (too much burst for him to handle). Kog'maw does high damage, but also gets half-healthed by a Soraka Q. Akali...has a few issues. Her stealth and her damage aren't really those issues, however. Zoe's damage is roughly in line with where it should be for a mage. The problem? All of that damage has been concentrated into 2 abilities. Shaco's damage really isn't that high. Illaoi...Has problems. It's partly her damage, partly her interaction with Klepto.
