Can you reconsider the kennen change that was on 6.17 pbe

For those that didn't see it was slightly nerfing the damage of lightning rush but allowing it to do it's full damage to all unit types instead of only champs.

If not that at least an offshoot to it to let it deal it's full damage to monsters also.

? What kennen changes? Just checked pbe notes and I don't see any kennen changes. And just to clarify lightning rush always dealt less damage to minions.

That is why I used past tense. It was reverted. That was either day one or 2 of pbe cycle before being reverted next day.
