PSA: if youre wondering about recent irrational champion buffs/nerfs

Critmaster Garen··4 votes·405 views

theyre buffing/nerfing for competitive right now. it was announced a while ago that 6.15 would be the patch worlds are played on.

theyre buffing their L$S big play champs that arent neccessarily balanced, but make for flashy games for the average spectator.

their goal isnt to balance the game right now, just to make it interesting to look at.

Sona. What?

thats still part of the mini support rework thats going on on the side.

mainly talking about champions like LeeSin and Vayne who is only out of the meta for a couple of month after having 50% pickrate in solo que at the end of season 5.

they want flashy vayne/lee sin plays etc. during worlds.

But you said they are buffing/nerfing for competitive while Sona is not a current competitive champion.

im talking about certain champions that get attention for no apparant reason with buffs or nerfs who are either already strong or weak.

the support mini rework is a thing they did with the last 2 patches now.

there are also early game nidalee buffs on the pbe. they want to see jungle nidalee at worlds aswell. otherwise such a buff would be stupid, considering her jungle dominance a couple weeks ago.

You are misunderstanding what Critmaster_Garen is saying.

I dont think so. He editted in:

after I commented. Had that originally been in his reply it would have been much clearer
