Even building it after Sunfire Cape, the reflect only came out to 14 damage. Feelsbad.

If you value that 14 damage to be the same as AD (when it's actually better than that), then you paid 1000 gold for 1190 gold's worth of stats. That's completely ignoring the value of Grievous Wounds.

Still pretty strong.

I didn't build it cuz it was gold efficient/balanced, I built it because it was braindead overpowered against the cancer ranged top laners, Yasuo, and Fiora lmao.

No shame here.
