Some Rune changes I think need to happen

(change) Triumph: On champion take downs, gain 20% decaying movement speed and recover 15% missing health over 2 seconds.

(new) Bounty hunter - tier 1 precision: Gain bonus 20 gold and experience on champion take down

(move) Overheal: move it to tier 3 resolve tree

(remove) Unflinching

(change) Overgrowth: Every 8 monsters or minions that die near you permanently increase your base and bonus health by 0.3%

(change) Revitalize: Increase heal and shield power by 8%. The heal and shield power on incoming and outgoing targets is increased by 1% for every 1% of the targets missing health up to a total of 16% heal and shield power.

(change) Conditioning: Gain 10 bonus armor and increase your bonus magic resist by 10% of your bonus armor. Gain 10 magic resist and increase your bonus armor by 10% of your bonus magic resist.

Thought for precision tier 1 is to continue the theme of "on champion take down effect" while hoping to equate the choices more, while overgrowth being a stat that is much more valuable on tanks I think it is better used in resolve. For the other changes in resolve, unflinching in objectively the least desirable rune of all in my opinion, and the other changes improve the options for supports that would want to go into resolve and also give tanks a more scaling options.
