How do you play rennekton?

So Rennekton is a fun champ who's kit I really like playing but in platinum rank I have found no success with his champ. I go bruiser with press and I lose despite leads go after shock which feels better late but still doesn't do enough, I go tl and makes me feel really bursty but still not enough. ik his q heals more based on the amount of things hits and nearly doubles when enraged as well as doing extra dmg. ik using your abilities in your enemies minion waves to hit them will generate more then if you only hit them. ik he can do an insane amount of dmg with Tiamat animation cancel cause you get the free hydra proc and auto into what might be an enraged q but idk how to win with this champ. How do people use this guy in plat and above cause I want to know how he works. I'm sitting at a 25% win rate and I see he's at a 48% win rate so what gives.

I think empowered W is the best though in 70% of the cases. It adds a whole extra hit

If your v tank go conq. if not go PTA. Build tiamat > black cleaver> SPEAR OF SHOJIN> titanic and stuff like that. max Q E W. and try to go in when you already have half a fury bar. And when they have a decent sized wave. Sounds weird. But your q heals more cause it hits them AND the big wave. try to auto before every ability cast. all look on U.GG thats where i more or less got the build.
