Anivia has a 53% win rate

was nerfed heavily in Season 7.

She has a very weak early game; she is pretty much only a late game champion.

Aurelion Sol jungle has a 55% percent winrate so it must be op... lol

I hate Anivia too when I play a melee mid but 53% isn't anything nerf worthy

So does a lot of champions, and most of them also have an even higher play rate then her. She has a 53% win rate with a 2.75% play rate if you are looking at champion.gg which isn't even the best place to look. If you went to another site like leagueofgraphs she only has a 47% win rate with 5% play rate in Diamond+ or 50% win rate with 5.6% play rate in Plat.

She is easy to beat in lane because her lane phase really isn't that great, and relies a lot on scaling but games generally don't even make it to 30 mins anymore. She has a lot of weaknesses, all you have to do is learn them and abuse them when playing against her.
