There are a lot of situations where no unique passives could be abused. Like item 3068 item 3078 item 3075 item 3031 item 3027 and a ton more.

if 6 of them is op, then 1 of them is op too. They use the unique status to mask how op it is.

Otherwise 6 damage items would be just as effective:

duskblade, stormrazor, rapidfire, etc
