Jungle in Dynamic Que Should Have Smite Already Locked In

I mean since we're sugar coating ranked this season, why not have it so that when if someone picks and gets Jungle, smite is automatically assigned to one of the summoner spell slots so that people don't go into a game smite-less and lose because of that.

Like I said in the other thread about this:

No summoner spell should ever be autolocked because you never know when you'll trade roles with someone.

With that said, I will agree that if you queue for jungler it should be automatically placed in one of your summoner spell slots, but not locked in
