Can cinderhulk have some sort of tenacity?

It doesn't have to be 25.. even 15 percent would be okay. At the moment, now tank jungler goes in, get's cc'd down and destroyed. CC is so abundent now that they'll still have some left to keep the rest of your team at bay.
