Will Haunting Guise get more M.Pen
In the PBE I saw increased M.Pen and lethality but 
did not receive an increase. Will this be changed later on?

Kídá1 votesI'm referring to the fact that they are buffing penetration in general to make up for the change in runes that we will see in the pre-season. That's why

and its components got more lethality. Taking a second look, 
is also missing the buffs to make up for the lost penetration.
