Brand Blaze counter

I've said this before but, All of brands skins should get the blaze counter that the Battle boss skin has. Keeping track of the blaze stacks in team fights can be difficult for both brand and the people fighting against him so the indicators would help in this regard. QoL improvements should not be tied to a skin.
