Adaptive damage should be used

I think more champions should share the design of Ezreal in that he can go either AD or AP and be effective with either, each having their pros and cons. Giving some champion abilities AD and AP ratios along with adaptive damage would probably make them viable in other lanes. Ashe W for example could have an AP ratio and deal magic damage if your AP is higher than you AD effectively allowing her to have more versatility and making and AP build on her actually be viable. Overall adding adaptive damage would probably make more champions have interesting build paths based on what kind of damage they want to do.

Look at Kai'Sa.

They released a "Hybrid" champion and she's a nightmare to balance.

Waaaaay too hard to balance 150 champions with multiple build paths.

Especially on Kha'Zix. He's all about adaptation.

I agree. It would allow drastically different playstyle considering the actives and passives from items that would otherwise be a waste

Have suggested it for the item 3303, still waiting for the implementation.

I think Ninjas (Akali, Kennen, Shen) should use Adaptive for all of their abilities.

No thanks. Ezreal has broken multiple items in his life time with multiple different builds due to his scalings/Q.

How about they just get rid of the AP/AD split?

Zed can do 50% AD magic damage with his passive +electrocute, so building armor against him doesn't work anymore in the earlygame.

No. This will only make them difficult to balance.
