how to balance zed

He is currently the 3rd hardest and the 7th weakest in the game, there is no guide for zed while no average player can master that beast, he really need's massive buff right now, heres how we are gonna do it

Shurikan Cooldown reduced to: 2/ 1 / 0.5 / 0.25 / 0. 1

Living Shadow COST reduced to: 35 / 30 / 25 / 30 / 15 energy COOLDOWN reduced to: 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 / 7

Shadow Slash RANGE increased to: 370 from 290 No Energy Costs COOLDOWN reduced to: 0.1

Also Make zed's passive double his armor penetration and make his shadows able to AA and proc his own passive

His ult honestly needs to do triple the damage he's done to the target.

that means you can do quarter health damage to an enemy then get away, since the mark will do triple the damage and kill them.

Maybe he also needs some sort of increased damage on the target while they are afflicted with the mark.

Also don't forget the 300 damage bonus since right now it's 100% of his total AD. So.... just like one auto.... that might be manageable.

If this isn't a joke, try Riot's way of buffing/nerfing by focusing on one thing at a time... Highlighting strengths, making weaknesses more.. weak...? idk. I honestly can't tell if this is a joke or not, though.
