There are only two that have been somewhat good so far:
Darius, who is still a very, very binary stat-check that you generally lose against if you fight him and aren't ranged.
However, its much more clear when you should be fighting him (almost never) and when you should not (any time he has 3+ blood hemo stacks).
Vlad, who still has his original ult, which holds him back as a champion; it needs to be made entirely selfish or reworked completely.
However, his Q was made much less binary, and his E got some counterplay and removed an essentially arbitrary mechanic on him.
Skarner is close to being decent, since the spires DID make it so he had a way to be powerful enough to clear the jungle well while not going OOM, and without being the overlord of the jungle due to how much damage he packs against champions.
However, it packed a very annoying gimmick on him that detracts from his gameplay and essentially makes him an inferior Hecarim (which he had issues with in the past) permanently.
The rest just got changes that either over-loaded their kits, or had stuff slapped on with compensation nerfs without solving any of the issues that the rework was supposed to be for in the first place.
