So, let me get this straight. K6 is blatantly overtuned. So you nerf him yesterday by shaving off a whole half a second on his passive bush stealth when he leaves it.

And then today he's compensated for that by getting an entire 40% off of his R's base cooldown?

Can you explain this thought process to me?
